I had the good fortune to go to Minneapolis the first week in December and play in the great jazz brass band for Charles Lazarus’ “Merry & Bright” concert at Minnesota Orchestra Hall on December 4. An all-star cast of players, and great charts by Dean Sorenson, Wade Clark, Tommy Barbarella and Jeff Bailey. A good time was had by all!
