Playing with the Michael Waldrop Big Band at the JazzEd Conference (again!)
In January I’ll have the privilege of playing once again in Michael Waldrop’s great big band appearing at the Jazz Educators Network annual conference in Reno in January 2019. We’ll be playing the music of the most recent album recorded by the band, entitled “Origin Suite” and released on the Origin Records label.
Performing with Charles Lazarus on His Merry & Bright Christmas Concert
Once again I’ve been invited to perform with my good friend and colleague Charles Lazarus on his Merry & Bright Christmas Concert at Minnesota Orchestra Hall on Saturday, December 15. It’s a terrific concert with an all-star band, terrific vocal soloists and Charles’ sizzling trumpet solos. A great time will be had by all!
Keller Middle School to Premiere New Work at Midwest Clinic in Chicago
